Program Director for Foster Care & Permanency Programs

Family Care Services is a non-profit human services agency working with children in foster care and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for an individual to be the Program Director of our Foster Care and Permanency Programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in child welfare, particularly within foster care, permanency and SWAN services. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with proven management skills, capable of overseeing program development, staff supervision, and community engagement. The Program Director will ensure that services are delivered effectively, compliantly, and with a focus on improving outcomes for children our local communities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative program management and collaborative relationship building. A Master's Degree in a human services field is required.   Must pass background checks. Salary is $60,000-$65,000 annually.
