Contracted RN position

Part-time contracted RN needed to complete computer-based, electronic clinical reviews of medical histories and Health Risk Screening Tools (HRST) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and provide follow-up training to the staff. The RN will also be available as a resource to other staff to answer health-related questions. Provides medical guidance, if needed, to assist with critical health care changes and coordination of care.  Provides nursing support if medical guidance is needed to assist with critical health changes.  Estimated hours of work range between 5 – 10 hours per week. Pay: $20,000 annually for current number of clients. Pay will fluctuate with caseload changes. There are no additional benefits for this part-time position.
