2026 PA Permanency Conference Family Scholarships are Available NOW!

It’s already time to think about summer plans, and hopefully yours include the Annual PA Permanency Conference from JUNE 17 to 19, 2026!

Come join foster, adoptive, and kinship families with professionals from across the state at this year’s PA Permanency Conference at the Kalahari Resort and Waterpark in the Poconos!  This conference is an opportunity to be encouraged, learn from professionals and other parents, share your experiences, and attend one of the biggest matching events in the state!  The whole family will love spending time at the Kalahari Resort, with indoor and outdoor water parks that are included with your registration. The Adoption Coalition of Franklin County (ACFC) provides at least one family scholarship each year.  It covers conference registration, lodging with waterpark admission, and child/teen program registrations.  The ACFC scholarship is limited to six people, but others can be added with an extra cost.  Check out details on the application.
